LogisReview is a free platform that allows users to discover, review and connect with trucking and logistics companies. The main features offered are: company reviews, interactive map search, job listings, industry news, load board and cost calculators (EU & US).

By accessing or using the platform you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Registration is free and open to individuals and companies in the logistics sector. Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• Keeping their credentials confidential and secure.
• All activity carried out under their account.

LogisReview reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Users may publish reviews and comments about logistics companies. By submitting content, you confirm that it is:

• Based on genuine, first-hand experience.
• Free from false, defamatory or offensive statements.
• Not in violation of any third-party rights.

LogisReview does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove any material that violates these guidelines or applicable law.

Companies listed on the platform may appear from public sources or via direct registration. Each company is responsible for the accuracy of its own profile data. LogisReview does not certify or endorse any listed company and cannot guarantee the completeness of profile information.

Job offers are published directly by logistics companies. LogisReview acts solely as an intermediary and takes no responsibility for the accuracy, legality or outcome of any employment relationship arising from listings on the platform.

The interactive map (powered by OpenStreetMap) and the EU/US cost calculators are provided as indicative tools only. Results are estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for commercial or operational decisions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LogisReview:

• Posting false, misleading or manipulated reviews.
• Scraping, automated data collection or reverse engineering.
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise platform security.
• Using the platform for spam, phishing or any fraudulent purpose.
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.

LogisReview provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or the accuracy of user-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogisReview is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—the platform.

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
